Sony Xperia SL : Available in India for Rs.30,999

 Sony has introduced one more smartphone under is Xperia range into the Indian market. The new Xperia SL made a silent entry into the market, which we told you about , is now available online on shopping site Infibeam.com with a price tag of Rs.30,999.

Sony Xperia SL which we had told you recently and was said to create its official introduction at this year’s IFA event in Berlin was leaked when somebody over at Sony jumped the weapon and publicized the official page of the smartphone a fortnight or so before its supposed announcement. As expected, the Sony Xperia SL is based on the Sony Xperia S, but comes with a somewhat faster CPU. The dual-core Qualcomm S3 chipset has its two Scorpion cores clocked at 1.7GHz, in place of 1.5GHz, but the rest of the specs sheet is similar to that of the Xperia S.
