Sony has started the Android 4.0 (Ice-Cream) for Xperia Mini, Xperia Mini Pro and Live with Walkman

Sony has announced that Sony Ericsson line-up Xperia Mini, Xperia Mini Pro and Live with Walkman will get Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update in next to no time.

According to Technoholik, Sony has officially in progress rolling out the latest version of Android for three of its devices including the Xperia Mini, Xperia Mini Pro and Live with Walkman. All the gadgets will get the update in phases so it is likely that some users may get it early and others will have to wait for some time.

Users will be able to modernize their device via Sony’s PC Companion for Windows and Bridge for Mac. The new update will attribute a bunch of new features, most outstanding of which will be the brand new UI and multitasking interface. Sony mobiles have been with quiet hectic time with release of new line of Xperia devices such as Xperia S, Xperia P, Xperia U and Xperia Sola. Plus they have also started rolling out Android 4.0 ICS update for Sony Xperia Neo, Xperia Arc and others. This update from this tech giant comes as nice wave and shows how solemn they are with the mobile segment after Sony Ericsson disintegrates.
