HTC One S, which was thought to release in India soon, will now feature 1.7 GHz Qualcomm S3 processor in its place of Qualcomm S4 processor.

The Gadget Skull | HTC One S

This information comes straight from HTC that the HTC One S that will ship to India will attribute a Qualcomm S3 dual-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz rather than the 1.5GHz S4 processor that HTC had promised at MWC previously this year. The novel age Qualcomm S4 processor was touted to be one of the best processors for mobiles, even bountiful Samsung Exynos Quad Core and Nvidia Tegra 3 processors run for their money.

But now due to Qualcomm facing a manufacture crisis with its S4 series of Snapdragon processors and is not capable to stir out adequate silicon as the demand. This does make unhappy us that we will not be able to see the HTC One S with the real power performer that Qualcomm S4 series processors are claimed to be. But however HTC One S has won ramble reviews all over for its design, build and HTC Sense UI features. So with the HTC loyal fans, they wouldn’t mind it and would unquestionably like to trial the handset with new Qualcomm S3 processors, which are not themselves dreadful either.
