Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and WishTel have teamed up to launch a brand new Android-based tablet called IRA ICON. The Ira Icon also referred as 'Triple Play Tablet' is a 7-inch Tablet PC which has an image resolution of 800X480 pixel. It includes angle TFT, LCD, capacitive multi-touch display screen and operates on Android 4.0(ICS) with 1.2 GHz processor and a non-standard 1GB of RAM. It is driven by internal 3G Sim from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The Ira Icon allows calling facilities such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and in addition is offered to you with built-in stereo speakers and a microphone.

For connectivity features, the IRA ICON allows voice calls (SIM slot), Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), 3G, GPS, WI-Fi, Bluetooth, mini HDMI, 3.5mm jack and USB.
