Nokia : Lumia 910 and Lumia 920 suspected to be released in September

Windows Phone 8 devices Nokia Lumia 910 and Lumia 920 could be announced at this year’s Nokia World event which is scheduled to be held in September this year, if rumors are to be believed.
We told you recently that Windows Phone 8 devices could make a grand entry at this years Nokia World event.

Adding further fuel to the rumors, Nokia could soon announce these new Windows Phone 8 running devices as per Tech2.in.com. If you remember we had even leaked a document showing you various Windows Phone 8 devices that were in fray. Nokia Lumia 910 and 920 were also there in the list but under the code names – Juggernault Alpha being one of them. There were even rumors afloat recently about the Finnish giant announcing a Windows Phone 8 device on September 5 which coincidentally is the same date of Nokia World event.
Microsoft recently released the Windows Phone 8 mobile OS to the world. We had even told you about the leaked Windows Phone 8 feature details about the upcoming mobile operating system, the Redmond giant had not released during the announcement.
The Windows Phone 8 OS also comes with a flexible new Start screen. Microsoft stated, “We’re making Windows Phone 8 even more personal, with a new palette of theme colors and three sizes of Live Tiles, all of which are under your control. We know Live Tiles are one of the things current owners really love about their Windows Phones, and we wanted to make them even more flexible and unique”.
Some of the prominent features of Windows Phone 8 are -
  • Support for multi-core CPUs of up to 64 cores
  • Support for 1280×720 and 1280×768 resolutions
  • Support for MicroSD cards
  • Internet Explorer 10
  • Background multitasking
  • NFC support added, including payment and content sharing with WP8 and Windows 8 machines (NFC is partially supported in Tango update, e.g. ZTE Orbit)
  • Native code support (C and C++), simplified porting from platforms such as Android, Symbian, and iOS
  • Simplified porting of Windows 8 apps to Windows Phone 8 (compatibility with Windows 8 Metro apps)
