‘Sony SmartWatch, your Android companion’, will now be
released in India
and will carry a price label of Rs. 6,299/- as set by Sony.
Sony, at CES 2012, had announced the SmartWatch which is an
Android companion and through which we can do many stuff such as reading SMS,
e-mail, or get a hold of the weather updates. In addition, a pop-up caller id
prompt appears during incoming calls (allowing you to accept or deny), or check
social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Featuring brushed chrome edges, the 1.3-inch OLED (65k
color) touch screen features Bluetooth 3.0 and is compatible with Android Smartphones
from Sony, HTC, Motorola, Samsung, and others. It lets users organize
music playing on the Smartphone and get text message and call alerts. And it shows
the time too!
